Nationally recognized with over 20 years experience in Head Start and a proven, research-based methodology, the UCLA Health Care Institute (HCI) presents its newest training which will ensure that your workplace wellness program is implemented systemically and set up for success. In this training, Head Start recipient organizations will learn fundamental business principles that will strengthen their management capacity to promote a positive and sustainable workplace culture and create a healthier staff.

When well-being and satisfaction are valued throughout the organization, employees will take greater responsibility for their own health. A coordinated and strategic approach to wellness can lead to increased employee retention and satisfaction. This results in greater family engagement and empowerment and children who are primed to be successful in school and life.
