Hosted by: Region VII OHS TTA Network
Presented by the National Center on Development, Teaching and Learning (NCECDTL) and the National Center on Parent, Family and Community Engagement (NCPFCE)
This institute will support the needs of Head Start and Early Head Start leaders in home-based programs. NCPFCE will present topics focusing on how to navigate conversations and goal setting with families as well as a deeper dive into the relationship-based competencies. NCECDTL sessions will explore elements of home-visitor safety and how to build a system of support through reflective supervision. In addition, you can look forward to collaborative sessions on how to use the 5Rs of early learning leaders to promote positive, ongoing, and goal-oriented relationships with families as well as a resource round-up session. Join us for this two-day institute to re-focus and re-energize with colleagues as we think about how to support HS and EHS home-based programs through reflective dialog targeting practices and resources.
